From live crabs and crawfish to fresh and frozen crabmeat, our products are processed with care at our facility in Des Allemands, LA, and distributed throughout the South and beyond. The Shop
At our processing facility in Des Allemands, Louisiana, we meticulously grade, process, and package a range of seafood products, including our renowned "Kourtne’s Best" crabmeat, crawfish tails, live crabs, and crawfish. As the largest supplier of fresh crabmeat in the South, we have developed a robust distribution network that ensures our products are delivered fresh and on time, from local markets to seafood lovers nationwide. The Seafood Pot is the retail side of our family business. Proudly serving St. Charles Parish since 2004, it is our family run restaurant known for its authentic Cajun seafood dishes and strong community ties. Located in New Sarpy, Louisiana, The Seafood Pot offers everything from freshly prepared seafood boils to live seafood orders, all while staying true to the rich flavors of Louisiana. Our family is still hands-on in the business and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. With a commitment to quality and fresh ingredients, The Seafood Pot has become a staple for families and individuals throughout Southern Louisiana.
